Translation of legal and real estate documents

Payslips, contracts, deeds, certifications: documents that need to be understood by banks, notaries, and public bodies — in Italian, German, or English.

Translation is often just one part of the purchase process; here you’ll also find it as a standalone service.

A wrong translation is not a typo

In a property purchase or a cross-border matter, every document has a purpose: to convince a bank, inform a notary, or respond to a public body. Translating word for word isn’t enough: it needs the form the reader expects.

That’s why I always start from context: who will read the document, for what purpose, and with what degree of formality.

Areas

What I can handle

01

Real estate

Purchase offers, preliminary and final sale agreements, formal communications with banks, agencies, and notaries.

02

Income and banking

Payslips, employment contracts, bank statements, certifications for the financing file.

03

Administrative

Personal documents, certificates, formal communications with Italian or German public authorities.

How it works

A 4-step process

1

Submission

You send me the document and tell me what it’s for: target language and recipient.

2

Assessment

I confirm the type of translation needed, a realistic timeframe, and the cost, before starting.

3

Translation

I prepare a text consistent with its intended use, free of ambiguity.

4

Delivery

You receive the document in the format you need; if it’s part of a larger matter, I insert it directly into the process.

Buying a home in Italy?

Then translation is only one of the steps. The Studio’s main service brings everything else together: banks, documents, verifications, final sale agreement.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What languages are available?

Italian, German, and English, in the combinations useful for real estate, banking, and administrative matters.

Is translation always enough to use the document?

It depends on the purpose: some uses require specific requirements. We check this before starting, so you know right away if further steps are needed.

How long does it take?

It depends on length, complexity, and urgency. I will provide a realistic timeframe before starting, along with the cost.

Where do we start?

With a preliminary call (60 minutes, €50), which is the entry point for every service at the Studio: we define the need and I tell you how to proceed.

Do you have a document to use in a cross-border matter?

Book a preliminary call and we can figure out together what type of translation is needed and where it fits into the process.
