My name is Giovanni Purrazzo. I am an Italian jurist with a law degree and international legal experience. I live and work between Köln and Catania, and I help people living abroad buy a home in Italy.

My legal training is my toolbox: it lets me read contracts, deeds, and bank documents with a trained eye, spot in advance where a case might get stuck, and speak the same language as the professionals I coordinate.
My role, however, is different: I hold the whole process together. Licensed third-party professionals carry out the legal and notarial work; I select them, coordinate them, and remain your single point of contact.
I live in both the country you’re moving from and the one you’re buying in: I know what an Italian bank takes for granted, and what someone working abroad simply can’t know.
