My legal training is my toolkit. It enables me to read contracts, deeds and bank documents with a trained eye, anticipate where an application may stall, and speak the same language as the professionals I coordinate.<\/p>\n

My role is to hold the entire process together, and I work on it personally: case analysis, strategy, bank research, document review and negotiations. Matters reserved by law for licensed professionals remain with them, starting with the final deed before the notary. I select and coordinate them without replacing them and remain your single point of contact from the outset to signature. <\/p>\n
